To fundraise for a trip to the ski field this year, Room 14 has decided to organise a dancing contest. The group with the best dance routine and the person with the most original costume – or the most impractical costume! – will win prizes.
To organise the event, Room 14 elects a committee: Maire, Roshan, Lily, Jafar, Rosamond, and Eugene. These six people need to decide how they will work together.

The Marketer persuades the school principal to allow the event to go ahead and talks to the local radio station to encourage people to put on their dancing shoes.

The Publicist makes posters to advertise the Dance-off and designs the tickets.

Hall Organizer

The Hall Organiser prepares the hall by setting up tables, chairs, and decorations.

The Treasurer figures out how much money is needed to pay for the event, hands out tickets, and collects money from the dancers.

DJ

The DJ decides what kind of music to play and controls the sound system.

Judge

The Judge decides who deserves to win the awards and gives good reasons for the decision.
